Rhonda Albert joined Valley View School in 2021, bringing with her a strong background in residential settings and a deep commitment to supporting youth and their families. Prior to Valley View, she spent eight years working with young adult males on the spectrum and their families, helping them navigate a wide range of challenges.

Rhonda earned her Master’s in Social Work from Anna Maria College in 2018. During her graduate studies, she completed an internship working with adult males recently released from prison, providing one-on-one therapy in their homes to support reintegration and family reunification. Following this, she served as an in-home therapist for children and adolescents ages 5–20, guiding both male and female youth and their families through therapy and support services.

Her professional expertise includes crisis intervention, treatment planning, group facilitation, and implementing effective parenting strategies. At Valley View, Rhonda finds great fulfillment in addressing the unique challenges adolescents face while helping their families grow stronger and more connected.
