Tracy Sabotka, LMHC
Clinician

Tracy Sabotka knew from an early age that she wanted to make a difference in the lives of young people. As a teenager, she became involved in peer counseling, an experience that sparked her interest in the power of therapeutic relationships to help young people grow, navigate challenges, and make meaningful changes in their lives.

Tracy brings a broad range of clinical experience to her role at Valley View School, having worked with children and families in residential, school-based, outpatient, and in-home settings. She especially enjoys finding creative ways to connect with students, helping them understand and apply therapeutic tools and strategies in ways that feel relevant to their everyday lives. She values the opportunity to build trusting relationships with students and to help them recognize their strengths, develop new skills, and gain confidence in themselves.

Tracy earned both her bachelor’s degree in Psychology and her master’s degree in Counseling Psychology from Anna Maria College. She also holds a Certificate of Advanced Graduate Studies in Mental Health Counseling from Fitchburg State University. She is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) and a Licensed School Adjustment Counselor in Massachusetts.

Outside of her work at Valley View, Tracy enjoys spending time with family, reading, hiking, traveling, and exploring the outdoors.
